Since the summer days have been so amazing this year, I've been hitting up Steveston Village a lot because they have great patio restaurants and it's just a great place to stroll around.
I've passed by B&P Ice Cream multiple times because I usually grab mini donuts from their neighbors, Outpost Mini Donuts. I never took the time to look into their ice cream options because their exterior didn't look that appealing and their cute octopus logo just gave me a very asian vibe so I just assumed it can't be anything special. Anyways, this time around we decided to just take a peek of their ice cream options on their posted boards and we were pretty shocked that they had quite a variety for flavours. Because of their massive board of options, we decided to give their ice cream a try.

Doing a super short post today because I've been loaded with homework recently. The other day after driving to Surrey with my bro to do some errands, we ended up going to Congee Noodle House for lunch. It was a cold, chilly day in Vancouver and I was really craving for some good and cheap Asian food.
This restaurant is located on Broadway and Main. They have a few parking spots at the back but it's very limited. We went on a weekday, so there were plenty of spots at the back. Everything on the menu is super affordable and my whole family loves coming here for a simple and delicious meal.
I ended up getting a Wonton noodle in soup. (approx. $6.00)
The soup tasted great and the wontons are made out of real shrimp. It's an extremely simple dish but I love it. We ended up getting two dishes & ordered another meal on the side for my other bro. Total came up to approx. $19.00.
$20.00 bucks here can get you three filling meals and I highly recommend coming here if you are on a budget and want some great food to warm up your belly.

A lot of people who hangs around Granville during the weekends would probably know about this restaurant that is located right next to Caprice Nightclub called The Famous Warehouse. I personally don't club so I never knew there was this place until my brother told me a while back. He told me this place serves all food for only $4.95 per dish. I was always curious how could this be! Therefore, one night I decided to check this place out with my brother & Phil.
I recommend skytraining to Downtown because it's always difficult to find street parking and it may not be the cheapest way to go. I would say this place ain't too far from skytrain so it should be no problem walking here.
When we first got there, there was a fairly short line up but after a few more minutes the line up started to build behind us and we were so happy that we beat the rush. While waiting outside in the cold, I was peaking at the menus that were posted on the side to see what to order. They do have a big variety and I was still in shocked that everything on the menu was for $4.95!
